The practice prides itself in the use of approaches which are grounded in trauma research. Therefore we employ current counseling methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)/tapping, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)/mindfulness-based counseling, narrative therapy and constructivist therapy.
